Website and service terms

Website descriptions are general information, not a final scope or guarantee. Every engagement requires written scope, responsibilities, price, payment terms, schedule and approval by High Impact Group LLC.

Reservations and payment

A reservation payment holds an approved session under the written service terms. Cancellation, rescheduling, travel, location, deliverables, revisions, usage rights and remaining payment are controlled by the signed agreement or accepted written scope.

Results

HIG controls agreed planning, production, editing and delivery. HIG does not guarantee views, rankings, leads, appointments, attendance, revenue, property sales, patient acquisition or another business outcome.

Client responsibilities

The client must provide accurate claims, timely approvals, safe access, required permissions and any industry-specific review. Regulated, medical, licensing and compliance claims remain subject to client and appropriate professional approval.

Identity

HIG Marketing is a service division of High Impact Group LLC. Services are contracted and invoiced by High Impact Group LLC.
