Contractor documenting real workmanship and project coordination

The HIG Authority-to-Revenue System

Turn completed work into proof—and proof into a controlled revenue path.

HIG helps established contractors and service businesses organize real expertise, customer questions and project evidence into focused content, conversion assets and disciplined follow-up.

The operational problem

You may not need more content. You need a connected system.

Experience is often trapped inside the owner's head, scattered across project folders or repeated in sales calls. Random posting does not solve that. HIG connects expertise, proof, message, content, CTA and follow-up so every asset has a commercial purpose.

Disconnected marketing

  • Random posts
  • Generic claims
  • Multiple unclear offers
  • Leads spread across calls and messages

Authority-to-Revenue System

  • Content based on real buyer questions
  • Project proof and visible process
  • One priority offer and CTA
  • Qualification, scheduling and follow-up

One connected path

From expertise to qualified opportunity—without pretending content alone closes the sale.

1. DiagnoseEvaluate positioning, offer, evidence, content, conversion and follow-up.
2. ClarifyDefine what the business should be known for and who it can serve best.
3. DocumentCapture expertise, processes, completed work and approved evidence.
4. ConvertConnect assets to a focused page, CTA, qualification and scheduling path.
5. Follow upUse practical scripts, visible lead stages and clear next actions.
6. ImproveReview qualified conversations, proposals, collected revenue and bottlenecks.

Start with the right level

Diagnosis first. Implementation only after the economics and capacity make sense.

The paid diagnostic is the normal starting point. Every implementation is confirmed through a written scope before production begins.

Qualification protects the result

Built for established operators—not businesses searching for a viral shortcut.

Strong fit

  • Real expertise, customers and completed work
  • A defined service to prioritize
  • Owner or expert available for structured capture
  • Capacity to respond to and fulfill new opportunities
  • Willingness to use tracking and follow-up

Not a fit

  • Seeking followers, virality or guaranteed sales
  • No defined offer or operating capacity
  • Unwilling to provide evidence, access or approvals
  • Expecting unlimited creative work
  • Unable to support the diagnostic investment

Commercial boundaries

Clear scope protects both the client and the work.

Every engagement requires a signed scope covering deliverables, responsibilities, approvals, payment, travel, rights, revisions and third-party expenses.

  • No guaranteed leads, appointments or revenue
  • No unlimited content, revisions or support
  • Paid media, subscriptions and advanced integrations are separate
  • Travel, talent, locations and specialized production are separate
  • Client response, sales ability, capacity and fulfillment remain client responsibilities

FAQ

Straight answers before the Recognition Call.

Is this social-media management?

No. Distribution may be included in an agreed managed scope, but the product connects positioning, evidence, content, conversion and follow-up. It is not merely posting.

Does the Diagnostic include production or implementation?

No. It identifies priorities, risks and the recommended path. Production, page development, automation and implementation require a separate written scope.

Do you guarantee leads or revenue?

No. HIG controls the agreed strategy, production and follow-up system—not market demand, client response, sales ability, pricing or fulfillment.

Can you use our existing photos and video?

Yes, when the files meet the required quality, permission and relevance standards. Existing assets do not automatically reduce the strategic or editing work.

Is advertising included?

No. Advertising strategy, campaign management and ad spend are separate unless specifically included in the signed scope.
