Be easier to find.
And easier to choose.

01Google: answer a real need
Give each service a clear page: who it helps, what is delivered, what is needed to begin and what happens next. Describe actual work, common buyer questions and relevant qualifications. For businesses eligible for Google Business Profile, keep category, contact details, service area and hours accurate. Collect genuine customer feedback through a consistent process. A city name alone is not a reason to create another page.
02Social: help people understand
Use the language your buyer uses in profile descriptions, video titles, spoken explanations and captions. Show useful parts of your process, answer one meaningful question at a time and provide context for completed work. Adapt the story to each platform. A clear destination matters: a service page or a specific inquiry is often more useful than sending everyone to a generic home page.
03AI: make the business understandable
Publish accurate, accessible information about the business, its services and its evidence. Answer questions directly, state important limits and keep facts consistent across the website and official profiles. Google says its established SEO practices also apply to its AI search features. There is no special file or markup that guarantees an AI recommendation. Other platforms have their own discovery and crawling rules.
04After discovery: preserve the opportunity
A visitor should understand the offer, see relevant evidence and know how to contact you. Assign an owner to each inquiry, record where it came from when known, and agree on the next step. Distinguish an impression, a website visit, a qualified inquiry, a proposal and a sale. Each is a different signal. Improve the weakest connection before simply adding more content.
Before the next campaign.
Ask these questions.
- Can a buyer explain your priority service after reading the page?
- Does each important claim have real evidence?
- Do the website and official profiles agree on business facts?
- Can people reach useful content on a phone?
- Do your posts answer questions your buyers actually ask?
- Does each campaign have a relevant destination?
- Does every inquiry have a responsible person and next step?
- Do you distinguish visibility from commercial outcomes?
