Commercial relationship
These sites present High Impact Group LLC and its divisions. A page, form or conversation does not by itself create a contract. Scope, price, responsibility, schedule and deliverables are confirmed in writing.
Outcomes
HIG does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, rankings, viral reach or a specific market response. HIG controls the deliverables and disciplines defined in the applicable agreement.
Professional boundaries
HIG Pro Services content does not automatically represent HIG as architect, engineer, permitting authority, General Contractor or contractor of record. Regulated work remains with the applicable qualified or licensed parties.
High Impact Content Boost
The total is $495 plus applicable tax; $250 reserves and applies to the total; the $245 remaining balance plus tax is due no later than 48 hours before production. A date is confirmed after calendar and payment records are verified. Cancellation, refund, rescheduling and usage-license terms are governed by the applicable written terms.
Intellectual property
Unless a written agreement says otherwise, HIG retains ownership of produced content and grants the usage license defined in writing. Website use does not transfer rights in marks, copy, design or media.
