Information we collect
HIG forms may collect name, company, email, phone, qualification answers, message, consent, source page, language, timestamp, reference and campaign parameters. Do not submit medical or patient information, credentials, account numbers or other sensitive information.
How it is used
High Impact Group LLC uses information to evaluate, route and respond to requests; maintain business records; prevent abuse; and improve the website journey. HIG does not sell information submitted through its forms.
Storage and providers
First-party forms are designed to store the record first in a controlled MariaDB database. TidyCal manages bookings; Wave manages payments. Their policies and practices apply when you use their interfaces.
Clinics
HIG websites and forms are not designed for PHI/ePHI, medical information, medical forms or patient data. Do not submit that information.
Retention and requests
Final retention must match the implemented operation. To request access, correction or deletion, email info@higmarketing.com.
